ordered the CLASSIC with curry, absolutely delicious. the cutlet was crispy, the portions were good and filling. the salad was more of a slaw which was good but not my fav. i also got the Gyoza, crispy, really great flavor plus a delcoous sauce to go with it

I never review places but I'm taking the time to review Bulldog Katsu because it is so consistently good. I've ordered bento boxes here a handful of times the past few months and each time it is fresh and hot and I feel like a solid value. Even simple things like the rice and side salad are great.

I was enticed to order based off all of the great reviews that have been left but was still a bit skeptical. If you're on the fence, just jump over. It's so good. I got the cheese pork as it seemed like a fairly unique option and it was moist and absolutely stuffed with cheese, almost like a chicken cordon Bleu type of situation sans ham. My partner went the more tried and true chicken katsu route and also raved about how moist and tender it was. Every individual item that came with the combo or bento box was also filled with accentual flavors that brought everything together in a superbly satisfying way. Every single item all the way down to the smallest grain of rice was prepared excellently. Will definitely be ordering again.

BENTO BOX was good, I just wish for a bigger portion because the delivery & tip fee don't make it worth it as much as eating in-store.

I had never heard of "Cheese pork" before and had to try it. Mind blown. Combining that, the sour sauce and the Japanese curry is a a phenomenal experience.
