Jack in Box food always arrives hot and the 6pc French Toast Sticks w/ Syrup are really good.

The taco shells were rock hard. I asked for extra tarter sauce and got none, plus the fish was overcooked. Ordered banana french toast sticks but got regular ones. I usually have much better service from this store, but not this time.

Food was great- tasty and still hot. I just wish there was a way to get ketchup for the fries. There are dipping sauce options, but no ketchup option, and you can't type in special requests.
