• DoorDash orderI've ordered from Pho Loma many times but today's order had only a few pieces of the rare steak compared to my previous orders. I like to support small businesses when I can however for the price of the item, it would be nice to maintain consistency

• DoorDash orderI've ordered from them many times yet the last I ordered last month I thought they were having an off moment because the usual order (combo pho) tasted odd and the pieces of meat they offered were tough. But today I ordered from them again hoping that last time was a fluke only to have a very salty broth, one piece of the rare meat which was thick so the broth couldn't soften it, and too much noodle to broth ratio. Im disappointed this is the second time I received a usual order from them which surprised me. For the price and the additional costs for delivery, I wont be ordered from them anymore.
