I normally don't leave bad reviews, but in this case I find it necessary. I ordered the Captain's Calamari, Fish & Chips and the Lobster Tails
for my family. The image shown under “Lobster Tails” depicts 3 tails, we were given 2. In addition, we received:
no coleslaw
no tartar sauce
no marinara sauce,
let alone a single lemon wedge.
Disappointing.

• DoorDash orderOrdered Crab Daddy Feast and received one cluster of small snow crab, cluster of Dungeness crab, and one king crab leg and scattered cut up pieces of king crab... crab did not taste fresh at all. Tasted frozen and thawed and a tad on the fishy side. Legs were hard to crack open and just bent which is a clear sign the crab was not fresh. Seasoning was cajun but very mild. Corn was good but not sweet and potatoes were undercooked. Overall it was not enjoyable to eat due to the lack of freshness in the seafood. It smelled fishy. Will not be coming back to Joes crab shack ever. Save your money and eat at the boiling crab.
