The Big Carl Combo was great! (burger & onion rings warm & delicious, drink refreshingly cold) Also, it's good that there were paper napkins, a straw, & ketchup packets enclosed.

Love that they offer ketchup for the sides, However although it was only approx 26 minutes from order to delivery, the onion rings were flat, cool and gummy, and the burger did not have that hot fresh and juicy look, smell, and taste that others have managed to provide with longer cooking/ delivery times. I find it hard to believe it was cooked fresh to order. Tasty, but mediocre.
