The NY style pizza is great, however the dipping sauce was really cold and still solid in the middle. I'm guessing they ship frozen and the store thaws them. These didn't get thawed fully.

So when you order a large bottle of pop - and the rest doesn't have a large bottle - they give that to the driver and then blame the driver for taking the wrong item.
Funny since the driver doesn't have access to the products until they are handed them by the staff
