The person in charge needs to do a better job oversee the orders before it leaves the store.
I order 2 meals, both came with fries, 1 large and 1 medium. The medium fries was practically empty and large fries were half full. I feel like the store scammed me by charging me money for the fries.

The food was super mid. Like, the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich was pretty dry, even the Burger King I work at (which mind you has 1.6 stars on Yelp) has better tasting chicken than Chick-fil-A. The Mac & Cheese was pretty mid as well, not too much good coming for it (worse than the Mac n' Cheese I would get from KFC as a kid), and the Dr Pepper® tasted like actual medicine unlike my BK which tastes a whole lot better. The only thing "good" was the cute ketchup packet I got, other than that I don't get what the hype about Chick-fil-A is all about. I was disappointed.

Toss the chicken in the aluminum pack & throw in some honey roasted bbq & buffalo, toss it, then put the chicken back in b/t the buns! You'll thank me later
