Amazing! I used the Loaf I bought to make french toast and regular toast. I was recently diagnosed with a wheat allergy after a blood test, and my dietitian recommended GF bread! I found this place and decided to give it a shot... it tastes just like the real deal! No texture or flavor difference! Only thing i will say is that this bread browns quicker than bread with wheat... so keep an eye on it when toasting or cooking with it! Tasty and unique flavors compared to other bakery/cafes because of their gluten free mix. A little pricey but it is always a treat to have their goodies. Knocking one star because my order had a missing item.

If you get the turkey egg melt breakfast sandwich, get it with bacon and avocado! I usually get the egg over medium. It's an absolute dream
