The ribs were juicy and fell off the bone, the smoked Chicken Wings Dozen was crisp on the outside yet tender on the inside and the chicken quarter is cooked and seasoned to utter perfection! We are BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the Peach Blueberry Cobbler, it is FANTASTIC. The Ube Ube Corn Bread needs less cook time and/or more wet ingredients (addiontional egg yolk and/or butter) but still a nice accompaniment to the sweet barbecue sauce on the meats. Mac n cheese was a little dry and salty, we'd try again to see if that's a fluke or not for sure. Give them a try, great first impression so far!

Man, I just pigged out on some Hog & Tradition. The Combo Plate 2 I had the Chicharon and Pulled pork. The Chicharon was a little undercooked but, some people like it chewy, I like it crispy - slapped em in the air fryer for 4 minutes on 400 and BAM perfect. The pulled pork was average, the sides were amazing - we got the mac and cheese which I normally dislike but, this was delicious, the baked beans were so good - lots of meat and flavor in those beans! The Peach Blueberry Cobbler tasted like authentic old school cobbler - delicious! I'm not a fan of purple food. Mom said it was delicious, moist - almost like a cake.

The macaroni and cheese along with the spi greens made the 2 meat choice meal was awesome.
