• DoorDash orderI adore the buns here. And the sponge! No matter what you order, you must also get a Coconut Cream Bun! You won't regret it! I also enjoy the Coffee Sponge Cake, the Vanilla Sponge Cake and a nice slice of Strawberry Mousse Cake. So yummy! When I want something savory, I get the BBQ pork bun.

• DoorDash orderThe Peach Fruit Tea was tasty but the tapioca pearls were old.
The Black Forest Cake was ok. The cake itself was dry and there was maybe one cherry per layer. Also the smallest $8+ cake slice I've ever seen. Banana for scale.
Regent used to be so good and while not cheap it seemed good quality and fresh. I hope they are able to improve.

• DoorDash orderThe customer service was pretty bad. I ordered a pickup and reached to the service staff as my food appa is just right behind her. She pointed me to ask another staff who was on the phone all the time and moved on to serve another customer. Then the other staff never got off the phone and I was standing there for 5 minutes for nothing. I had to wait until she finished serving the other customer and then get her help again. She also seemed to have trouble understanding English.
Then the food isn't good either. I ordered Chow Fun and it wasn't even cooked well. The soy sauce was not evenly distributed.
I am avoiding this next time.
