Sushi is so fresh and delicious! Is my favorite Parker sushi fix. Salmon (Sake) and Denver Roll are superb, orders are quick and accurate, I highly recommend Kurosawa!

We love Karasawa as one of our local favorites here in Parker. Excellent quality, always fresh as possible in Colorado, a nice place, just to sit and relax, enjoy family time together.

I don't think anything from here is fresh and it's concerning. The rice and crab were both dry and the overall taste of the order was bland.
