This store used to let you indicate how you want your meat cook, as in rare-medium rare-medium-well. Now you get overcooked meat every time. The Ball Tip in the sandwich I just ordered tastes like thinly sliced cardboard. I gave this two stars only because the coleslaw and mac and cheese are pretty good.
