My brother's me must is when a restaurant sends out food in bags that are not sealed, staples, or even taped. Are you not concerned with the safety of how food is delivered!!! First time ordering BK through Door Dash and I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a whopper without any cheese or mayo, and again I got cheese and mayo. Lactose intolerant, don't like mayo, can't eat this. Would appreciate better communication moving forward.
