Chicken tortilla soup came with no tortillas. Not warm enough and there's slimy MOZZARELLA cheese in bottom of the bowl that I just do no not like. I don't think this item is anywhere near worth $20.

They forgot the tortilla strips for the Chicken Tortilla Soup 9.23, and for those who are lactose intolerant, there's no way to ask for no cheese in the soup—disappointing at best. It's definitely something to order at the restaurant so they can fix it when they mess it up.
