The Chicken Cutlet was not it. The best thing about that dish was the salad. Very bland

The Caesar Salad was excellent. Everything was fresh and their dressing is superb. Unfortunately, their Grilled Angus Burger was way too dry. Why do you ask what temperature a customer wants their burger cooked at if you are just going to ignore their request and overcook it anyways?
