• DoorDash orderHigh prices, plus delivery and additional fees are the highest of your local competitors. You never offer deals. This gives a negative impression.
Also, the last two times I went through the drive thru (two weeks apart), the girls at the window were openly engaged in negative gossip. It felt awkward having to hear this. Not a good reflection on the management.
