The BIG Burrito was delicious nothing wrong with it I think I just personally didn't like the flavour of the hot sauce I got

We ordered, as we have so many times over the past 4 years, and this was the first time it was not a great experience. I ordered the Loaded Nachos and a Burrito Bowl. The Loaded Nachos were missing almost everything I had on there including the meat which was extra, and the Burrito Bowl came with almost nothing in it. When I went back to the store, the regular guy who is usually there and he's amazing, there were 2 new people in there. The one person wouldn't come out from the back and the guy at the front counter tried to argue with me that, that was all I was getting. it took a while and some standing my ground to get at least my Nachos done correctly. For an almost $80 order, it was surprisingly and greatly disappointing.

Rice was extremely mushy, almost no toppings other than the chicken itself. Only good thing is the amount of chicken you get..

Ok I usually like big burritos big burritos but today's burrito was a disappointment. I ordered the large size but it looked small. I'll attach a photo so you can see. The burrito was cold when it arrived. I walked to the store to complain. They said the size was accurate. It was not. They headed up the burrito and I ate it in the store. It was 3.5.
Tasted ok but too small!

I don't know how this place is still in business. God forbid these guys actually put the ingredients you listed on your food. If you like eating a BIG Burrito with nothing but rice, hot sauce, and like 3 pieces of chicken, then this place is for you.
