Lamb skewer was cooked medium which was perfect for me. It was placed on an open faced pita accompanied by thin sliced onion sprinkled with parsley and a touch of sumac and a whole grilled Roma tomato. I also had a small side of hummus. They make the best, creamiest hummus in town and it was accompanied by a bag of fresh 3 pitas and a container of lots of pickled vegetables Ie., olives, banana peppers and pickled radish which was very good.
