This was our first time having Jack's and were pleasantly surprised by everything. The fried chicken was so good, the mashed potatoes and gravy were better than any fast food chicken place. Even the pies were delicious. We will be eating here regularly now!

. Very bad. Ordered Steak Biscuits and hash brown. Hash browns were hard as a rock and cold. Steak biscuit looked like it had been thru a war. Biscuits were falling apart. Steak was overcooked. Even the napkins and sugar for coffee were wadded up like someone was really angry when they put product in bag. Just so unappealing

The Iced Coffee is ALWAY top tier , the Bacon Breakfast Wrap are sometimey but today they were solid , the hasbrowns though - they're always soggy , some of them are cooked to the correct temp but most of them arent edible.

Everything was great, haven't had Jack's breakfast before so it surprised me. the Breakfast Deluxe came with lots of goodies & while I had to substitute my grits for a 3rd helping of Hashbrowns, I enjoyed it regardless. I'd recommend Jack's breakfast menu if you're unsure of what to be looking for.
