This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. the rice was so dry it was crispy, the orange chicken was over cooked and didn't even taste like orange chicken. It tasted like gross sweet gravy. The crab Rangoon was super stale. So disappointing and gross.

The only disappointments were that for all this food we only received 4 packets of sauce. I specifically requested either soy sauce or hot mustard with each item and received 1 packet of soy sauce, 3 packets of duck sauce (which I didn't request) and no hot mustard. We also didn't receive any complimentary fortune cookies. 😕

I think they might have been using old oil when I got my order because the 11 Mongolian Beef was pretty good but the egg roll and Crab Rangoon (6 Pcs) tasted really stale. Probably wouldn't order again

I originally ordered delivery from doordash. My driver brought me the wrong food and the app glitched and it was hard to get things fixed. It was late, and I was out $70+ and the wrong order I received was crushed and spilled and maybe $20 worth of food. I was finally issued a credit after dealing with DD and reordered my food for pickup to avoid theft or receiving the wrong order. The lady at the front counter was extremely kind and encouraging and made sure my food was packaged well and apologized for my experience. I assured them it wasn't their fault and I didn't blame them and I appreciated their customer service as it was minutes before closing time by the time this was resolved. The food was great as always, hot and fresh, but the kind faces were even better. Thank you, Asia Express, for making a bad experience a better one when it wasn't your fault. 💗🙏
