Dots is our abs favor !!! The cupcakes are fresh and yummy! The staff is friendly and delightful. And the ambiance is magnificent! I cant say enough great things about Dots!

Unfortunately, I ordered first thing in the morning and it seems I received cupcakes that were not fresh, perhaps a day old? This was my first time ordering full size cupcakes, usually I get the mini size, and the texture was very dry and crumbly - like when I've had the mini's for a day or two - certainly not fresh and not what I expected. Very unfortunate, as I've ordered from here several times. Wish I knew what time of day to order to ensure fresh cupcakes. Will still give them another try, and would still reccomended them, but not first thing in the morning.
