It took over an hour to prepare 2 plates of Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. The first Doordasher left because of the long wait.
The spaghetti noodles weren't fully cooked. Very little meat sauce. My order looked like it was thrown together as an after thought.

Don't add broccoli for $2.50. I got like two pieces & some crumbles/shavings. Great Fettuccine with Alfredo , but overpriced for the portion size and lack of protein, especially when ordering through Doordash.

I didn't receive my add on salad, cutlery, parm cheese packets and salad dressing. The sample platter was good but the breadsticks were hard on the ends.

The pizza was good. The wings sauce was stuck to the top of the container not on the wings. The breadsticks were extremely buttery. I did not receive any ranch with my chicken.

I LOVE Fazolis!! Tonight I ordered the Loaded Fettuccine w/ breaded chicken (normally roasted) and substituted the fettuccine for Penne. Unfortunately, tonight the "Loaded" part of this dish was missing. When I contacted DoorDash they offered me a DoorDash credit of $5.01. However, the initial dish after substitutions was $17.49+tax+delivery. I had no issue with the charges initially. However, when the order is incorrect I would expect either a replacement or a refund. Sadly, neither of those options were given to me.
