The food was great but there Mac and chee is normal re creamy but this time it was chunky and hard

So we did a pick up order. The lady in the back was rude. I saw on the tracker that the food was ready so I went in to get it. She proceeds to tell me that there are 15 orders in front of mine because they have to feed in house also..She then kept insisting that I should have received a text and I let her know I did not. In the middle of her excuses another worker was bring a to go order out and it was mine. She them says no one checked the receipt so she did. I was so frustrated by this point. Got home and my pasta was half cooked and my Son literally has about 10 fries. I took photos.
