EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOO GOOD YALL. everything was so fresh, so delish. i doordashed mine so it did taste like "don't eat until we get home," but other than that.. STILL BOMB! fries tasted great omg. not all chilis' have good fries after you wait almost an hour. & I received my order 3 mins early, shout-out to trisha! Moral of the story is eat from this chilis & make sure to get the baked potato soup! This is my signature order, chilis if you see this, sponsor me!!!

Worst door dash order we ever got @ $123.00 for 5 entrees. Ribs were sitting under warming lights for hours, totally tough and dries up x 2 orders. Order of Steak Fajitas, steak ok but supposed to be onions and peppers were swimming in some kind of orange brown slimey stuff. Condiments sent with it were like maybe teaspoon and half of sour cream, same of cheese in a 4 compartment food serving box with nothing else. Subsitutions on our triple slider box. Dont DoorDash Chilis order, they give you the leftover old food, half way prepare your plate and expect an arm and leg. Done with Chili's.

Usually delicious, but this time the soup seemed very old and was only halfway filled, and the bread was so hard it was inedible. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was okay, but not as good as usual either.

Missing 2 of the 3 drinks ordered. The 1 drink delivered was a Dr. Pepper which wasn't ordered. Burger 1 was supposed to come fully dressed yet only had sauce & a tiny tomato. Burger 2 was also missing requested toppings. Tried calling the restaurant for a complete refund but no one answers then the phone line goes dead after the recording states "we are experiencing technical difficulty".
