• DoorDash orderThere were a few missing items today, which sucks, because everything is usually fine. :( The taste of the food, at least, was very good.

• DoorDash orderit took an extra 30 mins to get our food because RR didn't properly keep enough chicken cooked to satisfy demand. since they are primarily a chicken restaurant, this shouldn't happen. plus, i paid over $40 for just 2 3 piece chicken dinners. each meal got 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. on top of that, they packed the slaw with the hot food, which ruined the taste.

• DoorDash orderI paid for a two-piece white meat, and the white meat cost extra. What I received was three dried up wings. They did not call or offer substitution. They simply threw in three dried up wings. A thigh and two wings would've been better.

• DoorDash orderUsually have a good time here, this time Chicken & Waffles was pretty dry, I will give them the benefit of the doubt bc it was late but still sad. Chicken is usually fresh :((

• DoorDash reviewI ordered a cheeseburger and it was dry and burned. It must have been sitting around forever. It went in the trash. I also ordered breakfast a couple times this week and they didn't have decaf coffee or organge juice. Basic stuff.
