The Chicken Parmesan was good and very big portion, leftovers for days. The only downside is the big chuncks of garlic, I prefer them diced.
The Garlic Knots were very good as well. Overall I would order again

After 7 years, we've finally found the closest to a NY style 14" Cheese Pizza - sauce, cheese, thickness, even it's oiliness, but there's something missing with the dough every New Yorker would know, the water. Spaghetti Meatballs and Penne Vodka amazing! Wish they were NY portions. Also, please look into packaging, the containers were not sealed well enough for the pasta and Tiramisu that some of the sauces/coffee spilled. Other than this little incident, we'll definitely order again!

Always an amazing spot! Proper has become my go-to for delivery (living in DTLA). I was shopping around for my new favorite place to order from and Proper nailed it! The perfect blend of artisan pizza and a good old-fashioned slice. Their Caesar dressing is also really tasty (plus their ranch has an excellent celery-ness to it, which I love), but also try a pasta if you can (the balsamic cream sauce is soooo good). Needless to say I'll be ordering more.

Honestly, it wasn't my fave. The penne vodka pasta wasn't rich with flavor and it was too saucy. Also, the pieces of proscuitto were massive in the pasta, it would've been better if they were smaller like in most pastas. Additionally, the garlic knots were dripping with oil; not sure why they were was so oily but overall, I wouldn't order from here again... it was really disappointing cause the reviews are so good. Oddly enough, I think the Cheesecake Factory has a better spicy vodka pasta and that's saying something :/

I meaaan the pasta was cooked perfectly but I think it needed more seasoning, it was a little bland. However, it was a good portion and the meat was delishhhh with it. I think i'll like Pops Lasagna more if it was stuffed with ricotta cheese than moz but it was easy to cut and the pasta was perfectly soft and the sauce was good (:
