Skinny meatball hardly had cheese, I ordered extra cheese in fact. The sauce is barely there and the meatballs are dry. The quality wasnt there at all.
The Avo Turkey was missing pickles and hardly had any lettuce.
Again it was the quality of the preparation.

Turkey Breast sandwich was made sloppily and was dripping through the paper bag it was in. Mayo tasted off. It dripped everywhere as I was eating it.
Chili came with two cups of cubed cheese (they usually put the cheese in the chili, and I didn't ask for cheese on the side.
Surprised because normally Potbelly does a great job.
