burgers were cold and soggy but tasted ok. Mac and cheese was good . my shake was awesome but the tots were not cooked well not good at all

I am obsessed normally with the grilled cheese. Order them all the time. Today, totally disappointed. The bread isn't grilled, its soft and barely toasted so much so that the cheese is just warmed and molded to the gummy bread.
