• DoorDash orderCatfish is FRESH can tell that it's farm fed. Best fish in Marshall super impressed! Hard to please this old fisherman with fish! The steak samwhich is awesome and blueberry bread pudding looks amazing, cant peak on that yet tooooo stuffed from the other food! NeVER disappointed when ordering Cajun Tex. thanks Jayden & Johnny

• DoorDash orderSon is super picky and will not eat if his hamburger has anything besides meat and bread. Most places usually get it wrong, so in the special instructions I said specifically ABSOLUTELY nothing on the burger. No condiments, no veggies....please don't mess this up. When the order was delivered, someone from Cajun Tex had written "Absolutely Plain" with a smiley face on the box. And it REALLY WAS PLAIN! And boy was it good!

• DoorDash orderEverything was amazing and fresh! Boudin Eggrolls were amazing, I had to wait for them to cool down! Awesome take on Boudin! N'awlins Cheese Bread was amazing, everything on it was so fresh! Bayou Party was also fantastic! I've ordered from here 3 times now and everything is always fresh and fantastic
