usually this McDonald's does pretty good. BUT my nuggets were not even warm they had a hard taste to it. the fries had a old taste to it too.

I keep ordering mc chicken, which I love; but 99% of the time it's spicy chicken. I would like to know why? How can I keep this from happening again and again?
