every single time they get my order wrong. fries are cold and no salt, missing my 3pk cookies and i didn't even get a straw for my tea. this location has gone down hill

And they want a raise in wages? LOL Requested additional onion on burgers, was given lettuce instead. Fries were luke warm and not fresh. Apple pie was good though....maybe because they do not make it.
