The food quality has really dropped in the last 5-10 years. The menu and food itself has changed so drastically, for the worse, that I am disappointed every time I eat there and BWW used to be my favorite place to eat. Such a shame. The Queso Sauce they sent me was so horribly congealed I couldn't even eat it.... the Classic Chicken Wrap was microscopic compared to how it used to be and honestly at this point, the Ranch is the only thing I'd spend money on from them.

Disappointed in the chicken Hand-Breaded Tenders they were small. I expected them to be a bit larger from the menu. You also can't select a dipping sauce with the tender such as ranch or blue cheese. This was my first bww order.

1. Refried wings - totally overcooked by "a lot".
2. Large fries - cold, undercooked and limped. Hold the entire order in my palm.
3. 2 Stars is a high score for product.
