They didn't miss the special request to remove an ingredient. My Chai was not overpowering but not mild either. Good flavor all around for everything we ordered.

Mocha was great! Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle was really overdone on one side and the texture was chewy and eggy. Pretty disappointed with that. The cheesecake topping was good though.

This was my first time ordering, despite my love of breakfast food. That's because I'd read complaints about the place before. They were valid: cold Build Your Own Waffle and a Latte that tasted like a mocha and didn't have anything covering the mouth hole for sanitation purposes. Plus, the butter still had paper on it. At least it was super soft. The waffle was tasty(once I reheated it), but not filling, so get this as a snack rather than a meal. I probably won't order again.

Apple Strudel waffle w/ blueberries and extra apples highly recommend. I definitely needed to add syrup to it because there wasn't much on it. Sadly I didn't receive the iced Chai so I can't comment in it and according to the Dasher "it wasn't there"
