The caprese sandwich was horrible. The lettuce was wilted and bitter. There was barely any mozzarella, mainly just bread. The macaroni and cheese was flavorless.

Sent wrong drink, no idea what as nothing is marked. Tortilla strips for soup were stale. Sandwich tastes different than when ordered just the day before. The price of the food makes these things much worse.

This order made me so mad! I like Panera, but clearly only their lunch items! The breakfast CinnaCrunch Ham & Egg Sandwich was disgusting!! Bad flavor overall! And the Madagascar Vanilla Latte was lukewarm when I received it and it just tastes like warmed up milk. I don't taste any espresso or any vanilla syrup. Total waste of $20!!! Yuck! Zero stars if I could and wish I could get my money back!
