Perfectly hit the spot once again. The Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) was perfect for this chilly evening. The Double Chicken Tostada Salad was an outstanding ratio of lettuces, chicken, beans and rice.

The Chicken Posole was delicious, nice and hot, well seasoned, perfect for a chilly evening. My husband really enjoyed the Special Shredded Beef Avocado Quesadilla. We hope these items find their ways onto the regular menu, they were that good.

My Classic Chicken Tostada Salad was complete and delicious this time. The cilantro dressing was a perfect addition to the crisp lettuce, chicken and other ingredients in my salad. I really enjoyed it.
