Anytime they dont feel like making a Mocha Frappé they say the mac is broken or out of stock. Everything was good.

What gives at this McDonalds? First off, my food was stone cold on delivery! How is that even possible when the Dasher was swift in pick and delivery within 20 minutes of my order? The fries were ickily cold, and the Big Mac barely held a little bit of warmth. Awful! Worst McDonald's order of my life. Inexplicable. Add to the that the Big Mac bun was weirdly rubbery around the edges, like stale and stretchy. Just weird! I won't order at this location again. This food had to have been sitting out for a long time and tossed into the order when it was past it's shelf life. Anything hot and kept hot would have made to delivery hot — we're close! Never again.

no straw, no ketchup on my fish sandwich. only received one fish sandwich but ordered 2. instead received 2 chicken sandwiches. They seem not to care when they don't see you....
