steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. the mashed potatos tasted like wallpaper paste. i love potatos, i even love instant mashed potatos. these were the worst mashed potatos ive ever had. nothing i added made them edible.
everything else was fine.

Great food! Consistent and dependable! I love their apple pie! One of the best I've ever had. I always get the lemon chicken or the New York steaks. Been here on work and order here every night!

I was looking forward to a steak for lunch. However this manager lets subpar food go out. Steak was like rubber. I had to cut it with scissors. That really didnt help. Still difficult to eat. Baked potato was brown underneath from sitting so long. Not freshly baked today.

Ordered SO CAL BREAKFAST combo via DoorDash. The food prepared by Norms was awful. Instead of packing syrup they gave bbq sauce instead. The hasbriwn was not fully cooked and sausage was very salty. What a waste of money.
