I usually order the same thing every morning on preorder for 5am delivery. I get the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, and it is always wonderful. I typically change up my coffee order and usually they do everythingto perfection. This morning I ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee with added cream, vanilla syrup, and caramel drizzle. It doesn't taste or look like any of the extra ingredients were added. It was an easy fix though as I simply added some creamer from home. In the future I think I will stick with either the caramel latte (hot or iced) or the caramel macchiato (hot or iced).

I usually like to order a Caramel Frappé but when I ordered it this time it was absolutely disgusting, it was old, and tasted more that a milkshake than coffee. My pies were hard. My Sausage Biscuits were soggy as well.

totally forgot our two medium fries with our Classic Cheeseburger Pack everything else was great and fresh. 13 Cookie Tote was gooey and delicious.

Unless I order hot mocha in the morning, I don't get a hot one. I get a Mocha Frappe. If that's what I wanted, I would have ordered it. This is the 3rd time, this has happened. Unless the McD employees don't know the difference.
