Heidi's is consistently great! I order maybe twice a month, at least, and food is delicious every time. The employees here are also very kind and helpful when I call to check the soup of the day! Highly recommend the Avocado BLT :)

The Italian Cappie Ham & Provolone was very skimpy on the meat and cheese and didn't come with lettuce or tomato and no condiments. They didn't even have an option to order condiments for the sandwich's. Very expensive for such small sandwich's. Not at all what I remember Heidi's being like. Very disappointing meal and will not be ordering again.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try this place and were excited, but were merely dissapointed The sandwiches were small for the price. The Italian Sausage & Peppers sandwich had no cheese on it and the sausage was cut up not a full link like you would expect. The potato salad was okay, some of the potatoes were under cooked and hard. Meat Ball was also mid, the bread was almost soggy and it was so small. I will not be back.

This has always and will always be my favorite sandwich shop!! The bread is just amazing, they hand craft every sandwich to order, the staff is polite and works hard to provide quality food.

I asked for Ciabatta bread but they gave me sour dough bread instead. But it did still taste really good otherwise. I wasn't expecting my potato salad to only be a tiny fruit cup. The soup tastes absolutely awful, like it was heated up again after 20 days later and there's barely any flavor besides the broth of chicken and noodle. Order a brownie and never got those
