the dirty rice had the texture of box ed rice but tasted ok. The gumbo was good, but since the proteins aren't cooked in it the flavor is not as rich as it should be.

The quality is consistent, the menu allows you to choose all combinations of broiled, fried and boiled seafood. The staff is friendly and the service prompt. Their dining room is somewhat small, but only crowded during evening and weekend service. Best value for seafoods.
