The food was fair. Hook is not measuring up to prior expectations. The salad was a bit wet/soggy and the burgers were a bit overcooked. And the Onion Rings were cooked too long as well, hard to eat.

I have had many burgers in my lifetime. Out of all of them, this is the best tasting burger I have had so far. No need to ask, "where's the beef?" - great size patty. I love that the fries were flavorful but not salty nor greasy.

The bistro club is very exclusive and requires a special wristband. The Maui burger was good considering it was a trans Pacific delivery. The chicken tenders were emotionally tough.
