the chicken karaage was amazing-- the best I've had outside Japan. the shoyu ramen was delicious as well-- the instructions to heat the broth for a minute made it like it was freshly served.

We've been Kizuki fans for a couple years now, but recent experiences have gone downhill. This time, there weren't enough bamboo shoots or broth for either our Garlic Tonkotsu or our Spicy Ramen, the chashu was overcooked, and the Spicy Ramen had a piece of eggshell in it. They did pitch in a free chicken karaage which was nice, but the main attraction was a let down.

Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen broth is a bit salty even with selecting the low sodium version. Nothing reheating with a little water doesn't fix. Takoyaki Octopus Dumplings are good a little expensive.

We ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu and Tonkotsu Shoyu. Both were underwhelming. The meat was very chewy and hard to bite, id expect it to fall apart in my mouth like other good Ramens do.
The presentation is nice for takeout, they give you soup spoons, chopsticks and forks!

The garlic tonkatsu and chicken shoyu was fantastic. The egg was perfectly soft boiled! Great presentation and packaging. The food also arrived on time and hot! Highly recommend it.
