Philly Frank's Steaks opened its doors in October 2001. We are a family owned business that has brought the taste and authenticity of Philly to our little neighborhood of San Marcos.
VERY good Pepper Cheeesteak ‐ 3, but if you like or cheesy, get extra cheese. Not alot in the sandwich as it comes.

Absolutely love, love, love both their beef and chicken philly's. Bread is spectacular, not chewy and just thick enough. Seasoned fries are really good too. Over all great food!!!

My friend is an ex-Pittsburghite and has been coming here for years. I discovered them during Covid and have enjoyed ever since. If it is hot outside, I like the American Hoagie - so good. We usually sub the american cheese or liquid cheesy stuff with provolone, but that's heresy in some parts.
