The food was not correct the way I ordered it. There shake machine was down again (almost as bad as mcdonalds). The fries they sent me were cold and hard like hard candy. This is absolutely the worse jack in the box I have ever been to or ordered from! I wish we could oh me chooose which store the order went to cause the one on Henderson is much better than this one!!!

I paid for extra velvets cheese and Harley had any. Everything was cold. It tasted old. Milkshake was not full, it dodnt come with whipcream or the cherry.
