the chicken and the teriyaki bowl is just weird. textures weird and it was mushy rice with a sauce that was so salty I was gagging. the bowl is a lot smaller than it used to be and the taste of it was just bad I remember when Jack in the Box egg rolls were good now they have this funky underlying Taste of them I don't know what it is but it's not good

Pancakes were very chewy and hard , did not bring me any of my sauces or syrup so I had plain hard to chew pancakes and wasted $30

The fries are always cold. Their signature burger, the jumbo Jack, was sub par, the fruit punch was orange, the requested ranch dressing wasn't included but there was a ton of hot sauce and ketchup that we didn't request. They did give us napkins, though.

They added a lot of hot taco sauce to my order which I loved! Food was hot and fresh, too.
