• DoorDash orderSo I ordered Hardee's today around lunch time. I know they were probably busy, but there is no excuse for me to have received this rubber chicken (first15 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Box pic). I sent this exact pic to DoorDash, who immediately issued credits so I could reorder. I called Hardee's and the lady apologized profusely. About 15 to 20 minutes later, I received TWO HUGE orders of fresh cooked, HOT chicken! probably 30+ pieces. Thank you to the lady I spoke to for excellent customer service! 10/10 will order again.

• DoorDash reviewI've never had a problem when I goto this hardees, whether its eat in or take out. but when I order delivery, problems galore. they need to get their act together when it comes to delivery or they'll start loosing alot of business.
