didn't receive the mashed potato, the burger was some cold with a stale flattened bun. cold hard fries. and the wrap was drenched in sauce with only 2 pieces of lettuce. do better hardees.

I've finally learned my lesson with Hardee's of Smithfield. The food is good if you get what you ordered. We've Doordashed from there multiple times and the order has only been correct once. Doordash always refunds part of my order but they shouldn't have to. Get it together, Hardee's!

Got two of the 5 Piece Nashville Hot Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders and they were mild and full of gristle! The Crinkle Cut Fries had absolutely no seasoning, and got a half gallon of Sweet Tea and it is unsweetened. Complete disaster of an order! Would have given them 0 stars, but that was not an option.

I Double Dashed ordering chicken from Hardees because past experience ordering chicken in store at Royal Farms was such a cluster that they blamed RF for their screw ups and now I see why. If any order is confirmed by Hardees and accepted why am I committed to waiting for them to cook my food I just ordered? Thats the whole point of fried chicken- Popeyes Chick Fil A even KFC is better service than here. The Dasher was fine and no complaints but its unfair to everyone if we have to wait on a restaurant that looks at DD as a chore- like RF and Now Hardees and worst culprit by far the Warwick Restaurant in Newport News. Ive worked in restaurants and assistant managered a Starbucks so I think I recognize outstanding service like at Cockeyed Rooster - vs whatever that was here and at the Warwick.
