Really yummy, fresh ingredients, & nice service, only note is for the Natural Pork Vermicelli Salad just way too many bean sprouts for me - there were actually more sprouts than noodles.. its a "noodle salad" not "bean sprout salad" you know ? Lol
The Fresh Spring Roll are super solid and I love the peanut sauce!

The Mary's siracha buffalo wings were spicy but not too spicy and cooked perfectly, but my favorite was the wagyu beef pho. It's absolutely worth the money. Also the endive and Caesar salad was very delicious as well! Amazing quality food here.

Phorage never disappoints! Ive tried something from every category in their menu and it is all exceptional! As an example, the Jidori Chicken Broken Rice Plate may seem simple, but because it is made with quality ingredients, layered flavors, and perfectly cooked, the dish gets elevated to a whole different level. This level of quality and depth of flavor is consistent across the menu. Even the Thai tea is better than Ive ever had before. Phorage is the most consistent restaurant in my rotation - I couldn't imagine my week without at least one stop here. Try it, you won't regret it!

absolutely flavorless ! no complaints about the packaging/delivery, but i would recommend eating at your local pho CHAIN before ordering from this restaurant ! not worth the price-premium that "wagyu" beef commands and even the chicken broth was lackluster.
and for context, i am asian.
