The fruit and soup were fine, the sandwich was so ridiculous there was nothing on it, I might as well have just ordered a bagel, for sure it looks NOTHING like the picture

Food is usually delicious, esp the soups. However, even though I say "no substitutes - contact me," they continue to substitute items for items I do not like and for which I still have to pay.
