I placed an order for a cake in the morning to be picked up at 5pm. The order was confirmed as ready to be picked up. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have the cake I ordered but didn't know how to cancel the order or reach out to me and let me know ahead of time. Poor communication and frustrating experience.
